Processing Time

  • Orders are processed within 1-3 business days (Monday - Friday, excluding holidays).

  • Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day.

  • You’ll receive tracking confirmation once your order is processed and shipped.

Shipping Methods & Rates

We know you’re itching to get your hands on that new gear, so we offer several shipping options to get your items to you ASAP:

  • Standard Shipping: Expect delivery in 5-7 business days. Free shipping on qualifying orders.  See promotions for details.

  • Expedited Shipping: Want it quicker? This option delivers in 2-3 business days for an additional cost.

International Shipping

Ghetto Surfers isn’t just for Phoenix—we’ve got global riders too. We ship worldwide, but please keep in mind:

  • Customs duties, taxes, and import fees may apply for international orders and are the responsibility of the customer.

  • Delivery times for international orders depend on your location and the shipping method selected.

  • International shipping rates vary, and customs can sometimes cause delays.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you’ll get a tracking number to monitor its journey to you. If you haven’t received tracking info within 3 business days, check your spam folder or contact us for help.

Lost or Stolen Packages

Once the carrier marks your package as delivered, Ghetto Surfers is not responsible for any lost or stolen goods. If your package is missing, let us know ASAP, and we’ll work with the carrier to figure things out.

Returns & Exchanges

We want you to love your gear, but if you don’t, we’ve got an easy return and exchange policy:

  • Returns: We accept returns within 30 days of receiving your order. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and undamaged. You’ll get a full refund or store credit.

  • Exchanges: Need a different size or color? We offer free exchanges as long as the item is in new condition. Just cover shipping.

  • Sale & Clearance Items: All sale and clearance items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
